New Program Will Provide Critical Support for Hospice and Palliative Care Patients and Their Families
BLUFFTON, SC (June 2, 2025) – MiraSol Health, a leading nonprofit provider of chronic and serious illness management, end-of-life, and grief care services in Beaufort, Jasper, Colleton, and Hampton counties, proudly announces the launch of its newest program, Rays of Hope Behavioral Health. This initiative offers dedicated emotional and psychological support to those already receiving MiraSol Health’s hospice or palliative care services and their loved ones.
This launch is a meaningful step in how we walk alongside individuals and families facing serious illness and loss. With Rays of Hope, we are expanding our commitment to ensure no one has to navigate these experiences alone.

Rays of Hope Behavioral Health broadens MiraSol Health’s holistic approach, providing a seamless continuum of care that now integrates palliative and hospice services with behavioral health support. The program offers individual and group therapy sessions, available both in-person and secure telehealth. MiraSol Health’s team of licensed therapists will address needs such as anticipatory grief, caregiver stress, loss, and other difficulties that come with navigating chronic illnesses.
To celebrate this exciting addition, MiraSol Health will host a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Tuesday, June 10, at 2:00 PM, at its Bluffton office located at 7 Plantation Park Drive. The event will feature light refreshments, a celebratory toast, and inspiring insights about the program’s services and its impact on the community.
Community members, local leaders, and media are invited to attend the ceremony, meet the dedicated team behind Rays of Hope, and learn how the program is shaping the future of compassionate care in the region.
