CHARLOTTE, N.C. — May 7, 2025 — Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools (CMS) will celebrate excellence in student athletics and the power of student leadership at its annual CMS All-Star Gala on Friday, May 23, 2025. The gala, sponsored by OrthoCarolina, will be hosted at The Revelry in Camp North End.
Planned by the CMS Student-Athlete Advisory Council (SAAC) and presented by OrthoCarolina, a leading provider of orthopedic care throughout the Carolinas, the event honors the district’s top student-athletes, recognized not just for sports performance, but for achievements in academics, community service, and sportsmanship. Each conference will honor a male and female athlete from each sport, and there will be an award for the CMS Athlete of the Year.
